Prices are good and the staff is very polite and helpful

Never on the same page. Last night walked in and found a beanie on the clearance rack. Grabed it and asked if it would be 30% off the next day with everything else. I was sure to be clear that this item was a clearance item. Both girls said yes it would be 30% off tomorrow. They said to come back at 8am because that is when the store opens. So I got to campus early even though I don't have class near that time. Grabed it took it to the front desk and this new lady said it is not included. I told her what the girls told me just the night before and she was very rude in saying "Read the sign". 🙄

The campus bookstore is great. They have everything a student needs and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. People rag on campus stores being overpriced but for supplies they're not bad.

I love going to the WSU bookstore! It is definitely not just a store for students. The clearance sections are usually awesome in all departments, especially electronics!

I've never had good customer service in the 4 years I've gone here. Staff is always either rude, or unable to answer any questions you have. Hardly ever in stock, and have been told on 2 separate occasions that even though they are out of the textbook required for your class, they are not going to order any more. Only reason not a 1 star is because Weber is pretty decent otherwise.
