Overnight stay with the family. The rooms were generally clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel certainly doesn't rate more than 3 stars, and is only getting this many because of theocratic and staff. It was a little pricey, but the options in the area were limited during the holiday weekend. Due to the COVID situation, they are no longer offering breakfast, which I understand. Though, they only offered 1 serving of their low-quality in-room coffee. I was able to get more from the front desk, but I don't think it would have been too much trouble for them to have put more in the room to begin with. Not to mention, they could have provided better coffee, as they're saving $ by not serving breakfast. Also, there were only 3 bath towels, when my reservations were for 4 people. At least McDonald's is just across the parking lot, and Cafe 36 is a nearby place for a good breakfast.

This hotel doesn’t get any stars, we booked two night stay and tried to cancel the second night and were told we could not that they needed 48 hr notice but the web site said 24 hrs. Being a chain hotel they should all have the same cancellation policies and the customer service weren’t any help either.

The hotel it was very clean. The only disappointing aspect was I chose it because I thought we would get breakfast but it was not added on the website that due to COVID they would not be serving breakfast. I could still offer breakfast if they had somebody maning the actual food just like at a restaurant or do what the Hampton did when we arrived they gave each a bag with breakfast bars and fresh fruit with a bottle of water it was better than nothing but coffee for the next day, because the price did not change. Front desk was really nice the drink machine was completely down to even get sodas out of but the good news is that it's centrally located next to a McDonald's gas station. There is also a little strip mall that has Chinese and Subway sandwich shop. There is a pool and workout center. Honestly compared to the other two hotels in the Burlington Waterford area I would still choose this one over the other ones even though breakfast was not available. Especially after driving by them it's in a great location and we felt safe where we were and it's just a short drive into Burlington.

Just a place to sleep, was ok, but not friendly like most places, also after a very long road trip and 1 of 2 service calls, we were very tired , we gave up dinner to pay an $80.00 deposit.
