I saw Dr. Lauren Sterner for the first time this morning and was greatly pleased. My dental exam was much more thorough than I ever had before. Dr. Sterner is very personable as well and does not rush the visit. I also liked her hygienist Lisa. She was extremely gentle while she cleaned my teeth and I appreciated her feedback. She explained what she was doing and told me her findings. Although I admit I never look forward to my dental appointments, I had a wonderful experience this morning. My daughter and son-in-law recommended Dr. Sterner to me and I am grateful they did. I highly recommend Dr. Sterner as well!

If you go here, they do decent dental work. Its clean and modern but I guarantee you will walk out of there when your done owing more money then you thought , . It’s been happening for several years. I pay up front because they will not do payments. Then I get bills a month later. They tell me the amounts they charge you for are ONLY estimates for insurance You will get another bill from them. I’ve been going here for over 30 years and I really started to notice this the last couple years. Thinking of switching my whole family and talking to my in-laws and parents who go there to!!

Went in for the first time to this dental office. I have a had a bad experience with the explanations they provided on what work they did and what I went in to do. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. Was told this is covered 100% by my insurance. Cleaning went well. After my appointment I received a bill? Wasn't sure what for. When I called the office they said I was not charged for two adjustments they did but they had to do an extra X-ray since I was having issues with a certain tooth. I first thought they would be able to see the issue from the cleaning X-rays. They were not which is why they did an additional X-ray. Without telling me they are charging me for this additional work that I didn't know they were doing? I feel this office needs to get better at communicating correct expectations for their patients so they know how to budget for each visit. If you are going to do extra work or recommend work its okay to charge someone for that extra work if you communicate it. Not just do the work and bill later. Clear expectations give peace of mind to your patients. In this case me being the patient thinking I was going in for one thing and then charged for something else.nnHopefully this office will be held more accountable to advising what is and is not covered and what your going to bill insurance for.nnNot happy with them all in regards to this at all. After speaking with management and then them asking the dr on what to do with the remaining balance they still left that on me. I will not go to Racine Dental Group ever again. Nor will I refer anyone to go there if they can not provide clear expectations and follow through with what you say your going to do.

I would really like to thank Dr. Meinhardt and his assistant and reception. I really appreciate that they could get me in on short notice and fix my broken front tooth. Thank you so much. Very kind and professional staff. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very nice and funny. Dr. Waldau and his assistant made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. I Highly recommend Racine Dental Group.
