After reading these reviews I feel I need to also comment.nnJohn and Audrey are wonderful people and do know their gems! They sell only high quality product. Yes, sometimes for repairs or special design pieces it will take longer then estimated; however, when you get your piece back, you know it was done with expertise, quality and fine craftsmanship. They treat your jewerly like it's their own. They are by no means a discount jeweler, they sell only fine quality. I am happy being a customer of theirs for 8+ years!
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Gold Diamond & Design. My husband purchased my gorgeous ring there 8+ years ago, and we have been regular customers ever since. Audrey and John are the kindest, most genuine people you will meet, and the quality and attention to detail is bar none. They are honest and reasonable, and I trust them with the most precious repairs. If you're looking for the best quality of diamonds and jewelry, this is the place to go! If you want cheap quality and prices, take your business elsewhere because you won't find that at Gold Diamond and Design.
I dropped off a ring on 7/10 for repairs and purchased some birthstone earrings. Had a lovely conversation and was told to pick it up in a week or so. I go back 7/17, to drop off another ring, guess what, still not ready. Target date 7/31. I drop in 8/2, you guessed it, not done. I understand illness and death, but customer satisfaction is a must. I want my jewelry. Am I going to purchase here again, or drive elsewhere for jewelry and repairs. Hmmmmmmm.
