Best jewelry store around, nicest staff and friendly service
Shame on you Rogers & Hollands for not providing a break room for the employees to eat.nit does not look professional when they are having burgers, pizzas & burritos on the jewelry counter while trying to provide customer service.nI thought Rogers & Hollands was a classy jewelry store.
I was looking for a citizen watch but because I work for a competitor the Manager, Theresa wouldnt sell to me. I was on my own time Christmas shopping. She must have not needed my sale. :(
My husband bought my engagement ring 6 years ago ! At the time we didn't have a lot of money to spend and the manager at the time help us out !!! We love how honest and helpful they were !!! And since then we got all of our wedding rings , anniversary gifts and mother's day gift at Rogers & Hollands at Regency mall... the manager Stephanie and the assistant manager Theresa are always friendly and helpful, with any questions or concerns we might have with our jewellery and always looking out for our best way to get what we want within our budget!!!
I've been coming into the Regency location for years now and the store manager Stephanie and her assistance Theresa always good above and beyond to help me. They are very knowledgeable about their products and will always go out of their way to make you a great deal. They never pressure me or make feel bad if I'm on a budget....I wish I could find more people like them working in customer service...I will highly recommend Rogers & Holland's to anybody I know specifically the Regency Mall location!
