Excellent service, depth of knowledge and kindness always. I've been going to Elmwood Plaza Jewelers for 20+ years and they've repaired watches and even created watches for me, like the Pendant Watch that I got some years back. I trust them with my heirlooms and my newer items.

Needed to a battery replaced in my Seiko watch which was a special order and required resetting as it is a Perpetual Calendar. Joe was very knowledgeable this type of watch, including the setting process. Customer service was great, battery was installed and watch set within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend and will return for future needs.
Just left and the staff was very experienced knowledgeable and friendly, never tryed to up sell me something I didn't need and showed me what was broken on my watch and how he was going to fix it. Highly recommend this local business.
