I lost a front tooth in a car accident 30 years ago and had my first implant. That is also when I found out I had periodontal disease. I have been coming to Dr. Wards’ office quarterly for decades of quality maintenance and periodic intervention (4 more implants) on my upper and lower back molars. I am grateful for the time I have been able to keep my beautiful smile and attribute that milestone to the excellent care and attention of Dr. Ward and his wonderful staff. Every Single One Of Them! Unfortunately and predictably my back teeth started to fail and the time came for a more comprehensive approach. I could keep replacing my teeth one by one or consider a different alternative, namely, a very sophisticated lightweight prosthesis commonly referred to as a 4 on 4. The decision was the hardest part. Everything else flowed. From panoramic x rays of my entire mandible to 3D CT imagining and mapping technology for precise measurements, to bone graphs that promote my only healthy bone growth, the leading edge technology was impressive. Dr. Wards continually evolving expertise in the field was transparent and the confidence and caring of his staff equally reassuring and deeply appreciated. I was a patient for periodontal care with Dr Ward 8 years ago. I thought things were going well and thought I'd just go to my regular Dentist thinking just regular cleanings every 3 months would take care of it. I should have gone back to my specialist then. I went to a new dentist. They diligently tried to correct some chronic infection problems and suggested referrals for bone grafts. My first thought was to go back to Dr Ward because I knew I could trust him. I like to err on the conservative side but knew more drastic measures were needed. I thought of just going every 3 months to get more specialized periodontal care with his excellent staff but Dr Ward informed me of another option...all on 4 dentures. It was a shock to think of it at first but he was very reserved and explained the up side and down side...He said think about it and let me ask as many questions I could think of. He was very low pressure. My parents and older brother have had regular denture and that didn't seem like the way I wanted to go. I wasn't too excited about peritonitis and frequent care for years. I chose the all on 4 choice with Dr Ward because I like his professional skills, his nice guy personality that makes you feel like he treats people like his own family. Each of his staff are very skilled and the greatest personalities. They make you feel like you are a VIP and give you 110%. I highly recommend Dr Ward and all his staff. They are the "best". I am so glad I went back to their office.

The whole office is cordinated very well. They are very professional and Dr. Ward is great and listens. I usually txt any changes i need for appts. etc and they respond within 10 min. I have never waited more than 3 min and they called me by my first name since day one. It is very inviting with minimal pain. Best provider i have seen in my life 2nd to none. Takes away all anxiety and worries with their expert techniques. Both Dr. Ward and Dr. Hendrickson. What can i say more, if your on the fence its the best choice from my experience.

I visited several dentists before choosing Doctor Ward. I can’t express how happy I am with my decision. I haven’t stopped smiling since I left his office. He was professional and friendly, as was his staff. If I had to undergo this procedure again I would choose Doctor Ward again and again. Thank you Doctor Ward and staff. This review is erroneously showing up under my husband's name, but I (LeAnn Tracy) am the patient. I've been very fortunate in selecting Dr. Ward to do the implant surgery I had been investigating for over a year. I am still going through the process, but I couldn't be happier with what he has done so far. I received a very thorough consultation before having the work done. The process was painless and recovery was a breeze. At my follow-up visits, he takes time to answer all my questions and makes sure that any issues I'm having are resolved. I trust his work and advice completely. His assistants and office staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Ward.
