We recently used Top Notch Contracting for a bathroom remodel. Dan and his crew were very responsive and did high quality work on our master bathroom. We will definitely use them again for any work we need done.

Top Notch Contracting completed several household projects in my home. The 1950's built home needed some updating, and Dan's team did good quality work. He and the guys installed a ceiling fan and exhaust, a light panel, replaced the old ceiling tiles/ceiling, and added an in wall heater to my basement bath, then 2 years later they returned to install a vanity, after removing a very old sink and plumbing. They updated my kitchen as well, and the main floor bathroom.nOn top of that, they installed motion sensing lights on my garage, gutter guards, and a new mailbox.nI loved their work, and the estimates were accurate, with reasonable pricing.

Dan Kasabian & associates are by far a dedicated & trust worthy team. To start with Dan shows up at the time given for estimates and is true to his word/quote. Our first huge project with Top Notch ( stripping and sealing a deck)was extremely challenging & in constant state of flux. They never gave up nor increased the original quote. Our next project was a bathroom redo and some painting. We completely trusted the crew in our home & they were respectful of that and ourselves. We would highly recommend Top Notch for any home remodeling needs
