The star I gave goes solely to the nice young lady at the front desk and the dental assistant. They were kind, and pleasant. The dentist on the other hand.... not only did I hear him raising his voice at a young child to open his mouth wider now (the child was probably around 6 or 8 and clearly terrified) but his bedside manner was lacking. He gave short bits of information and had very little warmth to provide someone who may have a fear of the dentist or who is in severe pain. Then some woman, who I can only guess is his wife, came over with a clip board and told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover a portion of the procedure (which after talking to my insurance was actually untrue) and she tried to charge me 1200 out of pocket for a crown, and 205 for “building the tooth” of which she would like the $205 now and a down payment on the crown. Mind you.... my insurance hadn’t even received or approved my X-rays yet. No. Just NO. I went to a lovely little place called Village Dental (who accept both Medicaid and Medicare, you’re welcome) and they gave me a second look with a thorough and friendly exam. A closer look at my X-rays with explanations and options for care. They offer beautiful discounts on out of pocket expenses and was I was able to get personalized care at a FRACTION of the cost. Please do yourself a favor and get a second look at another place (or village dental) that will offer warm bedside manner and affordable pricing.

So many wonderful things about this office. I was in a situation where I couldn't find an office that took my Medicaid insurance and did molar root canals. So I had a friend that had recommended to this office. Went in for an exam and Dr. Chanana was able to do the root canal. With the root canal they advised a crown that was not covered by the state due to the material being a stronger, better, and long lasting material. So they gave me the pricing for the crown which I did become hesitant because I did not expect to pay anything out of pocket but thankfully they do offer payment plans and discounts and were able to break my payment into visits. I did get the root canal and crown done and nothing but relief. Dr really helped when I was anxious. I was nervous about having the procedure done but he was very kind and explained every step. I then came back for a cleaning with the hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. My teeth did not feel sensitive at all and she gave a lot of helpful hygiene tips. I am very happy with the decision to make this my home dental office and bring along my family. Highly recommend!!

Very unprofessional, had multiple negative experiences including waiting over an hour for past my appointment time while a substitute dentist worked simultaneously on 4 different patients. She did not even apologize for the situation, and treated me rudely. Would not recommend.

Staff there is friendly and very knowledgeable. Great first experience.. Girl up front is very helpful, will be returning there.
