Don’t come here!! I bought $10 in gas off my debit card and now I’m pending $100! The store manager said “yeah sometimes that happens there’s nothing we can do” it will takes days or I’ll have to call my bank. This is ridiculous I’ll be sure to never go to this business again. I had enough for gas, not enough for them to steal $90 extra dollars from me and it’s sunday the banks not even open.
Kwik Trips are great. This location has some great employees that are always friendly. They always open another register if the lines are starting to get long. They keep the facility nice and clean.
This location was a very good location until the last few months. It seems like the employees there dont value there job to well. Seems whenever we stop at night and it doesnt matter what time it is they almost always NEVER have any food prepared. Amongst the many more problems this store has. It almost always is filthy. When you call to see if they have food prepared they hardly ever answer. Tonight with 4 employees working when I called it rang at least 15 times with no answer so therefore instead of asking if food was made or can they make this or that we have to jump in our vehicle to check for ourselves. Staff isnt too friendly (Joe needs to learn to be a little nicer towards customers, and needs to remember if it wasnt for us customers he wouldnt have a job)
