I've never had any issues with this McDonald's. The lines do get long but they get people in and out pretty fast. No complaints.
I can't believe it door dash 3 orders in a row with stale fries every time and no straw with order. Never have this issue when I show up personally. Going to rethink where I order next time forsure. Last order added extra mayonnaise with McChicken charged 20c extra no extra mayonnaise. Very disappointing. Those fries ain't cheap...
Well let's see it all starts with a drive-thru that has usually 15 to 20 plus cars then you decide what I'm going to walk in cuz it will be faster but no you stand there for 15 minutes for a 6-piece piece Mighty Kids Meal and also you may or may not see employees with proper PPE on and if the manager wants to lie on what I just said I will post and blast that McDonald's on Lathrop publicly
Employees were cheerful and made sure to double check your order and made a comment to have a great day with a smile. In these times it only takes a few words to brighten someones day up so i say thank you to all the workers that go out of there way to pass there joy on to the next.
Our food was actually fresh and the staff is even better and friendlier. Which is great because this has previously been one the worse McDonald's Racine had.
