Dr. Laurie is one of the best doctors we've had! She is sincerely concerned about her patients and really listens. We've never felt rushed or ignored. She is also excellent at following up to make sure all concerns are addressed and resolved. We highly recommend her!

Dr Potratz was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She took her time and asked questions getting to know me as a person. It’s so hard to find someone who seems to genuinely care and not rush you through your apt.

I just saw Dr. Laurie Potratz today for the first time. Omg, I am so very grateful and happy to have found Dr. Laurie Potratz. Dr. Potratz is very kind, Caring, professional, understanding, up front, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and explained everything clearly, and I learned a lot today in just my first visit too.ud83dude0a It is so refreshing to find a doctor who is not afraid to treat someone who has multi-medically complicated issues. Thank You so very much Dr. Laurie Potratz. It feels good to be back at Wheaton Franciscan Union Grove. It was nice seeing a friendly face Christine at the front desk again.
