I waited a month and a half for an eye appt for myself. Went in for my appointment and I was told that I was not scheduled with a Dr. that takes my insurance. I am very disappointed, I verified my insurance before scheduling and used a sick day so I could go to the appt. I also had to cancel my child's appt next week because of this error.
