This was a door to door sales man who I dealt with.
Was given a reduced price do to me not wanting to pay the 99.00, was told cost was 81.00 per season. They then came out and treated my property the guy who did the service told me there was an additional cost every 30 day’s, I said no. He told me it would be 99.00 for the service. I explained that I was told it would be 81.00. He said “Oh yeah, I see that here. It will be 81.00.” I then got a receipt in my email for 99.00. I called today to cancel. So I paid 200.00 to get the run around and get my house sprayed. I’d check out more honest companies.
I am updating this to explain there was no misunderstanding. I repeated what was said to me to the salesman and he confirmed. He also told me my next door neighbors are using the company and not to tell them the discount I got. Verified with the neighbors that they do not use the company. So nice attempt at covering yourself. Unfortunately you have a dishonest team.
I called the office yesterday to postpone the treatment scheduled for today. I let them know that I have a new puppy out in the yard and that I didn't want it exposed to the spray. Adrianna in the office assured me that she would cancel the treatment. Well, today I just happened to see a technician walking around the yard getting ready to do a treatment. Luckily I caught him BEFORE he sprayed. My pet could have been seriously hurt, since I assumed the treatment wasn't happening and the dog was in the yard.
Based on my experience, I can't trust this business to follow through. And when you take into consideration that they are spraying poison in and around your house, that's a huge deal.
They market themselves with a "100% satisfaction" guarantee (it even says it on the Service Agreement) but "satisfaction" doesn't cover situations like this. I let them know about the issue and that I didn't want them servicing my property any more and they let me know I had to pay a $99 early cancellation fee. That makes me think they don't really care about the customer. Zero accountability on their end.
Be aware that if you enter into a contract with this company the contract protects them from accountability.
We've used Mountain west for our last two treatments and they have been great to work with each time. The best part no more bugs! Gavin was our technician this time and he was super friendly and so very helpful!
They were great! We had a fly problem which is almost impossible to fix but they definitely helped it out a lot
Very unhappy with this company! Even after they sprayed we had problems with wasps! Had a WASP INFESTATION called and they told me would not be able to have someone out for a week! When we signed contract they said if we had this type problem after they sprayed they would come out within 24 hours! Due to their delay my little dog allergic to wasps was stung and almost died and we had a 700 dollar vet bill! My husband had to go out next day and kill hundreds of wasps! When technician came he did apologize and said we would get a call from supervisor and a apology that never happened! After 3 sprays and no improvement just quit bothering with them! They proceeded to send me a 99 dollar cancellation fee and threat of collections! Would not do business with these people! BEWARE! Product at best kills ants!
