Great experience! Furnace tuneup and a part repaired which Ian and Jason performed, and they are wonderful techs! Took the extra time to explain additional questions that I had, and I felt fully comfortable after they were done - much more so than other companies which have come out in the past. The receptionist when I called was also extremely nice, polite, and took care of scheduling perfectly, and got me on the schedule quickly. Looking forward to using the company for service for a long time in our home. Thanks!
This company has done good but me several times. Last time the AC went out and the serviced it. Got a packaged deal for future tune-ups and they fixed the AC. Technician was kind and courteous. Appreciate it straightforward answer and they told me exactly what was needed and did it in the time frame that they said it was going to take. This last service was a testament on how much I appreciated them. I did get another company to come in and they told me that my AC needed to be replaced completely. Of course they left their bid for several thousands of dollars. I had comfort solutions come back and told me that it was a part that needed to be replaced and that the AC was fine. True and honest and respectful. Customer for life.
The employees at Comfort Solutions are all great. Sherri has always assisted me with quick and easy scheduling and is always so friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Shane recently came out to my home to fix my heater and he was fantastic. He explained to us exactly what was going on and was very friendly and professional. He also was very quick to fix the problem, and I appreciated his help. Highly recommend these guys, awesome workers and awesome service!!
Our furnace was not blowing air in our apartment unit right after the first snow of the season. Even though they were booked out, Sherrie was able to pull some strings and get Shane over within a couple hours to get the furnace looked at. When Shane arrived, he got straight to work and was able to fix the issue in just a few minutes and was on his way. He was respectful and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Solutions to my friends and family! Thank you!
The repair technician (can't remember his name) who initially came was very kind, helpful, and informative. He told us we had major problems with our furnace, explained our options, and gave us a price to repair it. We decided to buy a new one, instead.
Clair came and gave specifications and a price for a new furnace. He was great in explaining everything.
Juan and Justin did most of the work of installing. They were great! They made sure that we understood everything and they cleaned up after themselves, and wore masks the entire time they were here. There was a difficulty in getting a new wire from the furnace to the thermostat, but they got the heat working before they left. Good guys!
Chris and Ben came a few days later and brought a new thermostat and relay board and completed the job. Chris showed me how to load the app on my phone and link the thermostat. He explained how it all worked. It was evident that Chris knows his business!
All of these technicians were top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service or new systems.
