David met with me on a Sunday even though the store was closed - he was extremely knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of each specific brand I was considering. He even took the time to explain the best way to use the washer on different settings and how to maintain it! The price was a little steep, however, it did come with a 1-year warranty - which is AWESOME. I am happy with the LG washer so far and greatly appreciate the customer service I received!
I had a problem with my delivery today. I had a representative call me his name is Vico. He is amazing. He was so kind and fixed my problem right away and offered me a discount for my troubles. He restored my faith in the company. I wish more people were like him. - Thank you
Went in there to buy a stackable gas washer and dryer asked a few questions the guy said that it worked wonderfully it looked marvelous so I decided to buy it he only except cash so I left went to the bank got cash came back filled out the paperwork and asked when it would be delivered to my home and he said well I need to check it out first to make sure it works perfectly I’m gonna quit there cause I shouldn’t have to say anymore.
They owner is nice and friendly and fair. I have bought 3 separate times in 20 yrs. Will definitely be back..
Very unprofessional they post pictures of washers and dryers for sale on ksl and when you contact them to buy them they say it's no longer available and they have more in the store available which were pricier wouldn't not reccomend this place to anyone.
