One of your employees made a huge mistake by not changing my due date when I called in to have it changed. So my policies cancelled when the hurricane winds hit utah which resulted in a tree falling on my car and I couldn't file a claim because of you're agents mistake! I spoke with a supervisor about this and executive team and they refused to fix their mistake. I will NEVER work worth Allstate again, and I would NEVER recommend Allstate to my worse enemies!
Kelsey was very nice and very patient when I was trying to pick an insurance plan, she did a great job getting me a very good quote and found really good discounts for me! Overall I'm a very happy customer, thanks to your services, and the Allstate team!

The car insurance was way too expensive. I ended up switching to other insurance company which was a lot less expensive including car rental and full coverage and better policy.
