I have interacted with BBJ in a professional capacity for over 3 years now and highly recommend them. Clay, Blake and Josh are extremely punctual in their replies and are thorough in their research. They quickly provide quotes as needed and go above and beyond in making sure we have as much data as possible to make the best decision for our insurance needs. They reach out long before our policies renew so we can be informed as to what changes are coming each year. They provide honest opinions and are always concerned with what is best for our company, taking into consideration our needs, size, and budget. They’re pleasant to work with and have been very helpful in explaining policy details when we don’t understand all the lingo. As far as brokers go, they exceed every expectation.

I was worried at first contact because I was directed to someone who was not able to help me because he was out of town. He asked that I call back and have the receptionist direct me to someone who could help me today. I called back and received Kathy. She was professional and very helpful. I had a difficult situation and she made me feel comfortable by explaining all my options and the obstacles I had, without sounding or being judgemental. I have been with Blackburn Jones for many years and I am always so pleased. I have several policies and I have always been able to add new ones and adjust others when necessary with no trouble at all. Charrise is my favorite as she is very quick to solve my problems. Every time I call, she answers on the first ring and if I don't reach her on the first try, I know that I can leave a message and expect to hear back within the hour. She is very responsive with emails as well and I love that. Brad is also incredibly helpful and friendly and always has my best interests at heart. I will never leave Blackburn Jones and I will recommend them to anyone.

The best insurance company I've ever had. I've had all my equipment insured through Eric and his staff. We've also purchased construction bonds from these guys and we always seem to get the best pricing here. Eric is more than happy to help us out with any questions or concerns that we have.
