Just got devices yesterday. Process has been professional and efficient. Only one product function to be resolved and hearing improvement is noticeable. Excellent experience thus far.

This man is a crook and a cheater. When you already own their aids, and you are asked to bring your spouse in to assist with your check-up / maintenance, know that you are about to be subjected to a crooked marketing scheme.nHe will ask you to try a new pair with much new and improved technology. You will put them in your ears. He will then ask your spouse to stand in back of you and read phrases that are in context, much different from the list of words you read while you were wearing your old aids. Before you find yourself amazed at the difference, insist on doing the same experiment with the list of words that were used in the first test. You will find that there is no difference.nI was not going to post this review but since this happened to us, I have learned that this tactic has been used on one of my friends. I have learned that it is common practice in this company.nGet your hearing aids from Ministry or the University where they do not work on commission.
