MY experience at Aspen Dental at the Plover location was excellent! The doctor was very thorough with my treatment and explained everything very well. Frits the dentists assistant was friendly and helpful and made my experience less anxious than a normal appointment. Alexis from the front desk answered all my questions, was very helpful and super positive. Thank you aspen dental! I also want to mention it was my first day in for an exam and they got me in right away after the exam for my extraction!

Very disappointed with my experiences with Aspen Dental. Staff was nice, but they don't seem to have any clue what they are doing.nnThey are extremely slow with communication, or they just never get back to you at all. I've had to call them multiple times and leave messages over the span of a few weeks before getting anywhere. They tried to give me a sense of urgency with any dental care needed so that I would get it done before seeking another opinion, but when I saw my orthodontist, I got completely different information. Due to the slow/lack of communication, the little assistance, and the seeming lack of knowledge from staff, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will kindly refer my friends and family elsewhere as well.

Everyone was very friendly except one staffer. For some reason every time I go she is RUDE, and acts like she power tripping! She even had me pay for work I haven’t even gotten done yet! Very shady and they better not ask for another dime, once I do get the work done. I believe her name is Alexa/Alexis. Very rude, lady! If I didn’t already pay....I would go else where!!!!

The care I received was outstanding the lab tech gentleman that helped me was remarkable!! I wish I remembered his name. He genuinely wanted to make me happy and listened to my concerns. I couldn't of asked for better care. He made sure I was happy with the for before I left the office

I was not completely numb when the dentist tried to remove a tooth. After he broke part of it off he told me he could not finish removing it there do to the pain I was in, that I had to see an oral surgeon. I found a dentist after leaving there that found i had an infection, which was why it would not numb completely, and will remove the tooth after the infection clears with antibiotics.
