Bought a house and was told there was a new roof installed on it. Had a leak and contacted the realtor to see who installed the roof. Was told Bob Gould did it. Contacted Bob and was told he was helping out a friend and there was no warranty. He stated that his friend made him install under rated product on our roof. He also told us how he wasn't paid for that job from his friend but he wanted to help us out. Said the would come to inspect the roof and see if it needed repair. Went back and forth via voicemail or text for over 2 months to see if he would come out to look at the roof. He would make appointments but would not show up. The last conversation he stated how he lost a good friend over this. Not our problem, we bought the house with documents stating that there was a new roof. If he lost a friend or his good friend didn't pay him, NOT my problem. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND as he never came and we seek other roofers.
