I had a pair of prescription sunglasses that had the screw that holds the lens snap in half. Half of it was stuck in the threads with no head to remove it. I brought them into here and they had the old screw removed and a new one put in very quickly. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back if I’m looking to purchase any jewelry in the future. They saved me from having to buy a new $209 replacement frame.

I stopped to have a pair of earrings appraised that I purchased while in Mexico. I wasn’t in a rush, but Lee was going on vacation and didn’t want to leave me waiting for 2 weeks to get the appraisal. He was able to get me the certificate within a couple hours and I was very thankful. Great service and very accommodating! Thank you!
