I was referred to Ruby's by friends that I will be forever grateful to because Ruby's has simply the best tasting coffee and excellent customer service! What more do you want from your favorite coffee roaster?!!! We do the subscription so we always have amazing coffee arriving at our doorstep AND we get to try all of their varieties. It's hard to choose only one because we love them all! It makes a great gift for our coffee loving kids too...a gift that keeps on giving! Also love that we can support entrepreneurs right here in our own state of Wisconsin in the heartland of America! Thank you Ruby's...keep on doing what you are doing!!nGrateful coffee lovers

Excellent coffee shop. Very good lattes and coffee. Ruby's roasted beans are excellent and I highly recommend taking a bag home. The baked goods were a particular highlight. Can't recommend the blueberry scones highly enough! Scones are often dry but these were perfect in moisture and texture. I'm really excited to try a crepe next time I return. They have both sweet and savory crepes you can make a meal out of.

Very cute place! The staff is polite and the ordering is easy and simple. The maple latte was delicious and I defffffinitely recommend it! Great place for a quick bite to eat or some coffee

Dirty Golden milk latte is a spicy trip to flavor town. The portions of the sausage crepes are borderline perfect while being filling. Amazing place, delicious food, and friendly service!

We love the local offerings here- the food is amazing! Before Ruby opened I had never tried a savory scone. They are perfect if you want to eat something but don't want a full breakfast or something sugary. This is the only place in town to get them! My favorite drink to order is their honey latte. They always have pretty latte art too, perfect for photos if you like food art. The atmosphere is a little more formal than other coffee shops in the area but we've had no problems bringing young kiddos. They even have some books and activities available to keep them occupied!
