It was great to have Ladonna's help customizing my wedding ring. She helped create exactly what I wanted. The whole process is unique, a 3D replica of my ring was created 1st to be sure it was what I wanted. Ladonna also worked with us on a payment plan!n* she also made a list of items I like, to easily help my husband shop!

I just purchased a cross necklace for Confirmation and the beautiful crown of thorns necklace as a gift. The service was excellent!! She helped me pick out a chain to go with the cross that I selected and then offered to gift-wrap the present. What a great place with lots of quality jewelry!

I could not be more pleased with the service they have such amazing selections Mother’s Day is coming up and if you don’t know what to get for your significant other I recommend heading here I had no idea what to get I spoke with the jewelry lady who runs the shop and she helped me make a magnificent decision I know my wife will be extremely happy with! This review is based on not the first time but the second time I have landed a smile on my wife’s face! Happy wife happy life! I also had a fantastic experience with her fixing my watch recommend if anyone wears watches and the band breaks take them in don’t lose hope I am very happy she was able to fix it and repair it it feels so good to have my watch back on my wrist!.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. My husband created a ring with LaDonna's help from my wedding ring and a ring he had. It is just beautiful. It was a birthday surprise. I went back to thank LaDonna and both women were so pleasant. I/we will be going back!!! I am so happy that La Jewelry LaDy is downtown St. Croix Falls.

As soon as I walked in and before I said a word the lady was super rude and said she can't help me. She wasn't busy and had no customers. So I tried to ask a question and I get cut off and get the same response. So I was going to ask her if she's knows of another place that could help me. She cut me off again before I could 4 words out of my mouth. And said she can't help me and not even a reason for why. It wasn't till I got home I realized I had my Trump hat on, so now I know why she didn't want to help me. Pretty sad that you will refuse business to someone just because they support Trump. Wish I could have given zero stars.
