Been storing with these guys for 15+ years. We really loved this place as the prices were good, the place was very clean, until the latest managers came in. They are terrible, they never clean, they’re never in the office, and they have awful customer service skills when you can actually get ahold of them. We are working on finding somewhere else, I would recommend steering away from Ogden self storage.

Clean!!! I feel like my belongings are completely safe here. And the women in the office are amazing. So helpful and friendly.

Been with them for 19+ years, the new staff is not good to work with at all. Was not notified of any issues until there were 125.00 in fees. ( We were on auto pay, but to date, no longer) And then was told they alerted me to it. Not correct!!! Was notified AFTER I had emailed them to inquire about the 125.00 tacked on fees. No communication of any kind when the fees were accrued. Our email and phone number has not changed in years...I am ready to take my business elsewhere.

Anna is a very nice lady. She worked with us when we were late a few times. Very nice place to store your stuff.

I did not rent from here but my friend did. They treat thier customers poorly here.
