New subscribers to Bull Brook Keep products of 100% organic (no GMO grains/antibiotics), grass and pasture grazed beef. Sylvia and Dave are very conscious of walking gently on this Earth and treating our protein food source in a respectful, humane manner. They are a great source of information and recipes too. We started with their affordable “Bistro Bundle” for starters and, after sampling some of the best beef I have ever tasted, we will buy our beef NOWHERE else....highly recommend!
This is an excellent farmer to deal with. Very friendly, and very accommodating. I'd much rather go the extra mile to get my great quality meat directly from her for a very reasonable price. It makes a difference to have a relationship with the farmer as opposed to not knowing anything about where your food comes from. Slyvia is very willing and welcoming to show you the farm, the cows and will also teach you how to cook or bake bread. She loves to visit with you.
