I've used a couple different pharmacies over the years. Usually it's an easy professional process. With the Smith's on Harrison I've experienced unfriendly help and reluctancy. The people seem extremely disgruntled to have you do a pick up and treat you like they don't want you or your business. You could say it's because they are under stress with current situations like covid but no. This has happened multiple times. Go elsewhere and be treated like any customer in any business should. My wife is a pharmacist and would never act the way these employees do. (To the Smith's pharmacy employees) If you don't like your job don't work here. I'm sure you can find a job you actually like 🙂

First of all, every employee (especially a couple of the women employees) make you feel like your bothering them when you come to get your RX’s. One time I came to pick up an RX that had been called in and they said they didn’t have it. I knew they did because I listened to my dr call it in. She was just going to let me drive away. But I said “don’t you have a voicemail you can check”. You could tell she was irritated by question and just walked away. Came back 2 minutes later to say, yup they had it. Then today, I had an RX that the insurance company said was too soon to fill. But my dr had me double up the dose after he wrote it. So I ran out too soon. The dr called in some more, but forgot to change the rx to 2 per day instead of one. So the insurance denied it. I called the dr to have him fix the rx to 2 a day so the insurance would fill it. I called the pharmacy to see if I could come, and some bratty girl said they still wouldn’t fill it. I said why, and she basically said she didn’t know. It was the insurances problem. Not hers. So I called the insurance. You know what they said? It’s an easy fix and the pharmacy should have known to call the insurance to fix it. But they are just too lazy over there. No one wants to do their job. No one wants to go out of their way. I have so many more stories like this with this pharmacy. If you want to be treated like dirt, then go to this Pharmacy. If you want to be treated like a person, looked in the face when being spoken to, actually get your rx’s, I recommend going a mile down the road to the North David McKay Pharmacy. (Across Harrison from Weber State). They are amazing!!

I was with smiths pharmacy for years and they have always acted as though it is A problem to help the way they speak and look at me. Last draw was when I had to get a prescription, I went to the window and the lady was beyond rude, she told me my medicine was 38.00 I told her I have been with you for years all is the same I just got meds a couple months ago. She said sorry can't help I left so sad and embarrassed I transfer my medicine to A wonderful pharmacy, when I went to pick up my medicine. They let me know smiths kept them on hold for 15 minutes And then they sent them the wrong doctors name and did not even look to bother who was my doctor. With all the sickness and just having to stay health yourself and family please please really think about who you get your medication from You want a pharmacy who cares and doesn't come off heartless to your care. I will never use smiths pharmacy ever again.

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The red-headed tech has no business working in customer service. I saw him belittle a woman who was just asking why her medication costs increased. I will never, EVER do business there, and neither should you.
