If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would.nTo start things off, when we moved into the apartment there was mold in every room. When we told the landlord, she told us that it our fault because there was no mold in any other apartment. Later we found out that our next door neighbor and the apartment above us had it as well. Five months after, they finally pained over it when they hired the new (awesome) maintenance man, in OCTOBER. In exchange for having these issues and having the ac unit year round, she told us that we would have 2 months of our utilities payed for, still have not seen the second month.nParking is atrocious, they “guarantee” parking but if you get back to the apartment after 9:30pm, you’ll most likely have to park on the street or down the road.nThey say that the building is sound proof but you can hear everything, the people who live above you and people walking on the street.nQuality of the appliances are not the best, the poor maintenance man can only do so much.nIf you’re considering living here, don’t.

Absolutely the worst time dealing with the landlord at this apartment. Made us pay so much money for cleaning when we spent hours on end cleaning and replacing everything we needed to. The landlord never would answer us when we needed help or a question answered. Make you pay rent on a 3rd party website that never works and charges you more just to use it.nDidn’t get out security deposit back on time which is breaking the law, and we were extremely taken advantage of since we were college kids. Do NOT live at these apartments.nLandlord broke so many laws and was extremely rude and unhelpful.

When we moved out they tried to say we owed THOUSANDS in damages and the only proof of damages provided were literally dust bunnies we missed. Almost had to go to small claims court months after the constant rude back-and-forth emails. Not only that but management broke every landlord rule listed in the state when it comes to receiving you deposit back.nThe building itself was fine, but the company was terrible to deal with and the most expensive building in town--not worth it ever.

Landlord is shady af. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Went an entire year without a mirror on our bathroom vanity. Parking is a nightmare and they don't ticket or tow people that don't have parking permits like they said they would. Was told the building was soundproof, yet I could hear every time someone opened or closed a door... find somewhere else to live!

Much more expensive compared to apartments in the are, with no extra amenities. The management is awful, rude, and impossible to deal with. If you ever need help in anyway (maintenance, parking, snow removal, utilities, appliances, ect...) do not expect management to help in anyway shape or form.
Similar place
