First time going I got quick wristwatch adjustment that only cost me a few bucks! I was very happy the service I was provided by whom I believe to be the owner.nnThe second time I went for a different wristwatch adjustment I was greeted with a scoff and a condescending tone by the employee working. I wish my experience was more like the first one.
I have taken a few pieces to The Goldsmith for repairs, and have had great service every time. Their staff are very friendly, and the repair work is always perfect.nnEven though I haven't spent a lot of money at their store, I have always received a Thank You card at the end of the year. Their attention to detail and amazing customer service is unparalleled in the jewelry business.nnI would highly recommend The Goldsmith to anyone looking to buy, repair, or clean jewelry.
Had my first experience with The Goldsmith today and all I can say is WOW! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! While waiting I was treated to a complimentary cleaning of my necklace and even filled out a “wish list” in case my significant other ever stopped in to shop! The service was fast, pricing very reasonable, and repair work precise! I will be coming back for all my future jewelry needs!
We had a fast and enjoyable experience with the gentleman working! Just needed a new battery for a watch and he was very fast and did it on the spot. Very professional, will be going back to get a wedding band for my fiance!
