The River Falls Mcdonald's is the worst one I have ever been to. Cheryl you are the worst McDonald's general manager ever. The people you hire are lazy children. Every time I been there the food is expired and I get serious food poisoning. The problem with this place is they care about keeping up with product in their cabinet so for example they will keep around 30 mc chicken patties in the cabinet and let the product sit in there all day. Today I attempted to order all my food fresh. They didn't pull me to a spot, instead they just did the same thing. they gave me all expired food. Don't go to this McDonald's, you can get very sick.
This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Whoever is running this place knows what they’re doing. The workers are all extremely friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience in the 6 years we’ve been eating here.
The River Falls McDonalds is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds that I have ever visited. The crew members were very respectful and showed excellent costumer service. I didn’t encounter a single issue. (If I had though, I would’ve reminded myself that the majority of their employees are high school and college students, young adults who are learning. I am just grateful for the kind service and friendly smiles.)
