Devin Hubbard at Refined is an incredible agent and we would highly recommend working with him to buy or sell. Devin was responsive, professional, up-front and positive throughout our home-selling process. He communicated with us at every turn and always made our priorities HIS priorities. His assistant, Jessie, was so great about making sure paperwork was completed on time and about following up with us when we had items to be completed. We absolutely cannot recommend this team enough. Highly, highly recommended.

We worked with Jesse Citrin and had, hands down, the best home buying experience. He helped us navigate finding and buying a home from 2,000 miles away in a competitive market. His creative approaches to showing us the home, the surrounding area, and closing the deal helped us feel confident and excited about our decision. Jesse's responsiveness and proactivity ensured that we were always kept in the loop and many times, ahead of the game. As first time home buyers we had alot of questions and he took the time to educate us without ever coming across as exasperated or condescending. He went above and beyond in many ways including: 1) biking my commute to give an accurate commute time 2) facetiming as he drove through the neighborhood so we could get a feel for the vibe 3) cleaning the house when he wasn't happy with the way the sellers left it 4) Personally overseeing repairs the home inspection turned up when the sellers didn't have the time...I could go on with many more examples. We would work with Jesse again in a heartbeat.

When my family and I were moving from out of state to Logan, UT we bought a home that Zac had built. It was not a good experience. We thought we were paying for a high quality home and a job done right. It has been 8 months and Zac has only kept a few of his promises. There were issues from the start with doors not fitting correctly, a 3ft hole needing to be covered in our yard (Our neighbors dog fell in the hole and we have a 2 year old), siding not being secured, wood coming loose around the garage, and fixtures note being lined up. I have sent pictures, texts, phone calls, and begged for him to fix these issues. We receive little to no response and when we do get a response they are empty promises. Our neighbors have had similar issues but gave up. I am perfectly willing to take this down if he would just do as he promised.
