Beware! The ladies in the office are bullie . Wont make major repairs with tenants in the house I lived 6 years with a leaking roof and 2 months with only one working outlet in the whole unit, no fridge or oven. Then when my lease was up they illegally changed the locks without notice trapping my cats inside. They have no regard for tenants rights or welfare. avoid at all cost.

My wife and I lived in an apartment managed by Prime Property management for a year. Throughout the lease there were a couple times our rent checks were “lost” or applied to the wrong unit. If you ever have to contact them, I hope you are fine with only leaving a voicemail and not being contacted back for a week. After we moved out there was some carpet that needed to be replaced (I know that’s my fault), and I was told they would send us a final invoice of the total amount owed. Months went by and there was no final notice until 6 months after we moved out I received a call saying “you have a balance due and we need to arrange payment options to close out your account” so we made arrangements to pay partial that day then split the balance and pay half 2 weeks later than the final payment a month later. I made sure to have the money in my account but the date it was supposed to draft came and went and there was no charge, then a week and a half later I check my account and they had drafted my account on a day that was not authorized. After this I tried to call and got the same recording “you’ve reached prime property management... if you’ve reached this message we’re on the other line or with another customer. Leave us a voicemail and we’ll get back to you.” So I left a voicemail and tried calling back 6+ times and received the same recording each time. They didn’t call me back for a week and when they did they told me my balance was zero and everything was good. Cool, great. Then I receive an email that same day stating that one of payments had an NSF. If they had drafted on the approved day, it wouldn’t have been nsf. Basically, this company has terrible communication and money handling skills and I would not lease with them ever again. Hope this will deter any future business if you are hesitant.

I lived at a property managed by Prime and it was great! The staff was always friendly and i always got my questions answered. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and i always received notice prior to them entering. Both the move in and move out process was smooth. If they are managing a property you are looking at rest easy knowing they have your best interest in mind. Thanks guys!

I've lived in a townhouse managed by Prime Property Management for the last 16 months. In my experience, the people in the office are friendly, maintenance requests are acted on quickly and professionally, and I pay my rent online which has been both convenient and reliable. I wish there was more parking here, but I could see there wasn't much extra parking before I signed the lease. Overall, a solid experience living here.

This management company is Great! They managed a property that we had a couldn't sell at the time. They were prompt and affordable. Their contractors were also affordable when something needed to be fixed or replaced on the property and they always gave us accurate quotes for the cost. They also were very good at working with us when our last tenant wanted to purchase the home and they facilitated the contact with the tenant so that we could work out the sale! we were very pleased with the service they gave us!
