Wasn't impressed. I sent an email about a property with one of their signs in front of it that wasn't listed on their website. Got a response back saying that if it wasn't showing on the website that it was under contract. If a house is under contract TAKE THE FRICKING SIGN DOWN. Don't wait weeks then decide to take it down. Its a pain trying to look for a place having to wade through the under contract ones. We're not searching online we're actually driving around the areas we want to live.

One of their agents, J. Brent Egbert, called and offered to be a buyer agent for a house that my wife and I were interested in. We already had the contact information for the agent representing the home, so we told him we weren't interested. Had things ended there, I wouldn't have been upset. He continued to text me to make small talk, and then proceeded to tell me he had reached out to the agent representing the home to arrange a tour for us on our behalf, despite my explicitly telling him we were not interested. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior, I would not recommend them.

Preston Lasater was our realtor. He was amazing, he made sure to find us the best deal for our money. He took care of us every step of the lengthy process of buying a home. He made the process super simple. If you're looking for a realtor that will treat you as a person and not as a sale, I would highly recommend Preston!
