Treated a good friend of ours horribly (promised a tv, wasn't there for signing, didn't give our friend keys...actually made her go to a builder to pick up her own keys..never showed up and didn't communicate, this is a big moment in her life and he made it a terrible experience and took advantage of her inexperience and then had the nerve to yell at her for her calling and wondering why he wasn't there for her) We will all spread the word to never use this real estate agency. With such a big moment for this single moms life I feel bad that it went this way for her. Dont use these people they are greedy and don't care about you.

Fantastic people and the Broker, Eric Lee, is the best around! I would recommend Equity to anyone... buyers, sellers, and agents (who are looking for a change) alike!

How about you don’t cut off two lanes while you’re self promoting? I’ll be in the housing market next year. Luckily the agent John Warner saved me the hassle of stoping by.
