Amazing dentist! I am actually excited to go to the dentist for the first time! Everyone there is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend to anybody who is scared of the dentist or anybody in general! I am very very happy with The job they have done. Such a great place.

Went in for fillings for my daughter yesterday. She was extremely anxious walking in, and they took the time to talk to her about what they would do and help her calm down before getting to work. The filling was so fast it was over before either of us expected it! Now she's ready to go back next week for the rest of her fillings and I am too.

My mother had to go to the emergency department to get stitches because she was bleeding so badly after her dental procedure at this location. I don’t think we would be so upset if Dr. Perez wasn’t so desperate to get to the next patient (i.e. dollar bills) that he literally got up and didn’t say a word to my mother before he moved on to the next person in a chair and left the hygienist with a pack of gauze to try to hold pressure to stop the bleeding for probably 20 minutes before she gave up. If only he had showed an ounce of compassion throughout the whole appointment as well as ensuring she didn’t leave a bleeding mess I’d have reviewed higher and considered returning. We couldn’t be much unhappier. Now it’s a dentist bill and a hospital bill.

We had our first appointment at Port Dental this morning. Myself, my husband, and my son all had cleanings but we also had our two younger boys present as well. I was apprehensive to say the least, wondering how we were going to manage to corral the kids and get our teeth worked on at the same time! Dr. Perez and his team were gracious, relaxed, friendly, and made us quite comfortable despite the circumstances. They even let me hold my one-year-old while I was getting my teeth cleaned! Tyler was our dental hygienist and was not phased in the least by three little boys in the room with him while he worked! Additionally, Dr. Perez did an excellent job communicating his findings and explaining the process and the results. We look forward to many years here!
