Because of the Covid-19. We had to stand back 6ft but that is understandable. The lady was very helpful by giving us books on where we wanted to go. AAA helps you book it all...transportation, flight and destination. I highly recommend if you don't belong to AAA to join.
Checked website and called automated line for hours before stopping in. Got there at 6pm on Thursday for extended hours and the office was closed. Schedule on the door said they were open until 7pm, as did the website and the phone recording. While it’s totally understandable to adjust hours given current circumstances, it’d be great if those changes in schedule were communicated to customers.

Jacked up my insurance without telling me, time for a new company
In the past AAA has always been friendly and welcoming. The last visit was very different. It seemed like the staff member felt burdened by having to assist me. Also, my card was process for renewal only to find that the renewal never occurred. Hoping this is just a glitch with one of the staff members and not the future of AAA in Appleton.
