I saw Dr, Tache. He came into the room with a cotton homemade mask the mask didn't fit right. He kept fidgeting with that mask. I told him he needed to have a mask that fit right. I am very high risk, my husband is also very high risk of Coronavirus. We have been isolating.nHis nose / mouth was only covered when he held the mask in place. He said they were making too big of a deal of the masks. He did get another mask. Certainly made from the same pattern. Elastic straps too long.nI asked him about my mouth piece. I said it needed to be adjusted. He said something about Dr McDonald patients wanting to have their mouth pieces adjusted all the time. That it wasn't necessarily. His nose was out of the mask.nI later told my dentist of the experience.nShe said that was totally unacceptable.nHe should be wearing an E85 mask.nMy mouthpiece is very off kilter. Causes jaw pain.

I absolutely love Dr. Tache and his staff. I was experiencing dizziness and headaches that were debilitating. I seen 13 different doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists. I was misdiagnosed and was told that I would have to learn to live with my symptoms. Then my family dentist referred me to Dr. Tache. He was my answer!!! From the very first visit I was reassured that he could help. It was going to take time, wearing a splint and physical therapy. They were very honest about the cost of the splint and that it would not be covered by my insurance, but at that point I did not care!! After wearing my splint for one day, my headaches and dizziness were GONE!!! I wore my splint 24/7 for months and attended intense physical therapy. I still need to wear my splint at night and do my exercises everyday, but I am no longer suffer from headaches and dizziness!! I will always be externally grateful for his care because I GOT MY LIFE BACK!!

I came to Dr. Tache for a new splint after being told by the office where I had my last two splints prescribed that they no longer do that. At my first appointment with Dr. Tache, I told the woman taking my information (who also happens to be his wife), that our health insurance was through my husband's work, but that I was also waiting for my Medicare card to come in the mail. She said fine, she'll take that information at the next appointment. The next appointment was x-rays, so I didn't speak with her then. However, I then received a call from their billing office with whom I explained that my husband's health insurance would be primary but I also had my Medicare card. I then said that we would continue to have work health insurance to Dec. 1, so hoped that I could receive my splint by then. She said, yes, you'll have to have a followup appointment after you receive your splint, but everything should be done by Dec. 1. She also confirmed that everything would be taken care of by Network Health but that I would owe my deductible first. So, today I show up for my third appointment. I tell Kathy Tache that I have now received my Medicare card and ask her if she would like to take a copy. She says, no. After I was in the consult with her husband over the results of my x-rays for about 20 minutes, he leaves the examination room and is gone about 3 minutes. Then he comes back in and tells me he can't keep me as his patient because I have Medicare and they don't take Medicare. Kathy then steps in and says Medicare would force them to take Medicare as primary and it would be denied. Now, even if that is true, we still have our work health insurance which WOULD cover it. So, I don't know what they're talking about - I'm not sure they even know what they're talking about. I can understand if I had never said anything about having Medicare and this was the first time they were hearing about it. But they had ample opportunity to give me this information from the very first appointment. No one ever said, whoa - we can't take you even if you have health insurance because you are enrolled in Medicare. We are actually paying double premiums to Network and Medicare because I need this splint and at the time I signed up for Medicare I thought I'd be able to choose an effective date, which I was not, so it took effect in September. I've wasted two hours of my life I'll never get back, am at least $290 poorer, and still don't have my splint!

I'm really saddened by some of these reviews I have read in this review section, though I wish there was a magic wand to take away my TMJ , theres obviously not....Dr tache is really compassionate and cares about his patients, i have faith that the plan he has set out for me will relieve symptoms and I can get back to a happy painless life. and A lot of the people in this office also suffer from TMJ so they can relate with there patients, they get it.. I am grateful for this office, as God has giving me new hope by sending me here. I would definitely recommend.

Love Dr Tache! Saw him in the Racine office. He helped me so much; he discovered that my jaw was dislocated and suspected I have sleep apnea. I went through a year of 24/7 splint therapy. Although, my jaw is better, I will have to wear my splint at night for the rest of my life, it really helps. I did go through sleep studies and sleep apnea was confirmed and I have a CPAP. I suffered for so many years without realizing there was help. Thank you so much Dr. Tache!
