Awful experience recently with this business. The owner was very unprofessional and has awful communication skills. We decided to give them a shot based off of their reviews and we quickly regretted that. If you are in the Sierra vista/ fort Huachuca area do not go here! Next time I will just pay extra to get my vehicle towed to Tucson. Had an engine replaced took 4 times longer than promised when we got our vehicle back they had not connected the turbo charge tube which could have led to more extensive damage, money and time. They did not bleed the power steering nor was there ANY power steering fluid, the ac did not work, and the transmission fluid was 6 quarts too low. Luckily my husband is mechanically inclined and could fix all of this so we didn’t have to take it back. However when we let the owner know what all was wrong even after 8 weeks of it being in his shop he was very arrogant and unapologetic of his shops negligence. When you pay almost 10k and they have your vehicle for 8 weeks you’d expect the job to be done and correctly. Very disappointed in the whole experience. Do not recommend and will not go back.
