I rented an apartment from them for a little over a year. I’ve had to call them to get my sink unclogged once and I called about 3 times and no one ever answered it took them over a week to fix that. One time my bank had an issue on their end with my check that I mailed to them and they called the owner and he hung up on them after she told him what the problem was and she was being very nice all he was was rude. I finally moved out and they didn’t give me my full security deposit back they took $95 for patch and paint the walls where bad when I moved in that’s not my fault? $60 for cleaning the bathroom and what not but there was nothing wrong with the walls or the bathroom I cleaned it? I don’t recommend renting with this place they will try to screw you over any way the possibly can. Save your self the time and money and go somewhere better.

Only a few time have I reached out to them, they are not very responsive. We have fixed multiple things on our own already because of this. Got hollered at for calling to fix something that i submitted 2 days earlier since it no longer was something we could do without, then ended up having to fix it ourselves because they didnt respond or cared to do anything about it.nMost recently i have reached out since we pay $10.00 a month for a furnace filter to be delivered so we can change it out every 3 months. Last time they brought over what was one of the cheap 3 filters for $3.00. So literally, im required to pay $30.00 for a filter that is worth $1.00... and its been over 3 months now and ive emailed to get a new filter, yet no responses. Id go out and get one myself but heck , what the heck am i paying $30.00 for then?nPlease save yourself the time and money. Unfortunately we are contracted by a lease so until my lease is up, I am stuck.nnO yea, and one more thing, i got an email stating i was going to get evicted because of my late utility bill on the day the bill, and get this, this was not even at the end of day but in the morning... Hello, I was at work and was about to drop off payment after-work, which i did.nUNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Thank you pmi fox valley for working with me to get me in my new apartment. This has been my easiest move yet. They really showed they cared to get me into an apartment that fit my needs.
