Took place during covid... had to cancel...travel consultant was in office only a few day’s a month.. very unresponsive very unhelpful in trying to attain refunds. Still waiting for flight refunds and not able to get refund for another prepaid purchase. If you try to cancel be prepared to do it on your own. Never ever again.. 500$ loss on a cancelled trip.
I had wonderful service with Barb. She answered all of my questions in a friendly way, and she was also able to get me an additional discount for my ticket.
