My wife and I were referred to Terri Hoffart by a close friend and neighbor after having a bad experience trying to sell our lake home in the north woods with another realtor. From the moment we contacted Terri we knew this experience was going to be much different. Terri was very responsive and professional from the get go. Before we met her at our lake home she gave feedback on some of things we needed to clean up to make the place more appealing to a larger network of people. Less then a week later we met Terri at the property along with her professional photographer and they went to town staging, taking pics, and making the place look incredible. Terri then sat down with us and discussed the formal end of the paperwork process, review of comps in the area, and what she believed our place would sell for. She was able to break things down in a manner that was easy to understand and what we believed was a fair market value for our property. After signing the paperwork she walked through our place and did a social media blitz. Before we got back home she was already e-mailing us that she was getting numerous likes and people wanting to see the property before the MLS even hit the web. A day later when the listing went public she was messaging us that numerous people were starting to ask for showings to view the property. She even set us up with an app where we could see who was showing the place, when they were showing the place, and feedback after showing. Within 3 days we had multiple offers and accepted one. This all happened before her sign person even put a sign on the property. Terri's professionalism along with her vast network of sellers/buyers helped us sell our property quick and for more than what we listed it for. Terri truly made selling our property effortless. Over the years we have bought and sold numerous properties and we would rate Terri as best in class! Any future realtor needs that we have will only be one phone call to Terri. If you don't consider her as your realtor you would be truly missing out on a very caring professional that gets the job done right.

Danielle Hart and I have been acquaintances for many years but I didn’t have the need for a local realtor until recently, so when the time came, I didn’t hesitate to contact her. Unfortunately, I was looking for a house right smack dab in the middle of a seller’s market so that made things much more difficult since houses that were listed didn’t last long. She replied immediately to my initial inquiry and was soon building a master plan to find the right house for me. Danielle asked me many detailed questions about what I was looking for and soon had several searches setup to immediately report any new listings. We soon built a “top 10” list and she set aside, on short notice, a whole day to take me around the Fox Valley to visit the selected houses. She even offered to take me around on the Sunday before Labor Day to speed up the process if needed. The day we visited the houses on the list, Danielle came prepared with surveys for me to fill out on the pros/cons of each house and a cooler of snacks to get us through the long day! After that day, I decided on a house and Danielle was quick to get the process going and have the offer submitted that night. There was a bit of a back and forth between the seller and myself but Danielle was there every step of the way and we quickly settled any differences and got the offer accepted. The rest of the closing process was pretty quick and easy thanks to Danielle, and I was soon closing on my new house. Lets face it, buying (or selling) a house is not fun. It’s a nerve-wracking endeavor that puts a heavy weight on your shoulders. I cant recommend Danielle enough to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a house in the Fox Valley. She truly cares about your needs and goes out of her way to ensure that weight on your shoulders is no longer an issue.

Ann-Marie is not a real estate agent, she is a Real Estate Angel. My wife and I were looking to buy our first home and Ann-Marie made the experience wonderful. She was patient with us and made sure to explain how everything works and aggressive when she needed to be with submitting offers and helping us navigate the real estate landscape. She is the best in the business.
