We have been in there a few times and everyone is nice and helpful. We went in again tonight and Taylor helped us as we have seen him previously as well. He is very knowledgeable and not pushy but truly cares about giving you the best experience. Highly recommend!

Everyone there has been extremely helpful, we recently went in and Taylor helped us. He was funny and very knowledgeable, can't wait to go back to start the process of making a custom wedding band!

My husband purchased my wedding set from Jared, and the staff still remembers who we are and asks about our family. It’s been 8 years! If that isn’t enough, I have a Cartier Love bracelet, which isn’t sold at Jared, that had a prong that was damaged where the screw connects. We aren’t able to send it to Cartier to get fixed cause their main store still isn’t open for repairs. I took it to Jared and they were able to fix it! It was also a simple enough repair for them that there was zero charge. I can’t say enough good things about the store and the staff. You will never be disappointed by doing business with them or any Jared location!

My fiance and I came by on a Saturday to pick out wedding bands, and Vicky was amazing! She started by showing me the type of ring I initially said I liked, and then showed us a few others that she thought would work well with my engagement ring. When we moved to picking out the men's band, she again started by showing us what we said we wanted, but then made suggestions that we ended up really liking! Vicky really knows her stuff, and I would go to her again for any of my jewelry needs.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Melanie! You made my awful & very sad looking ring that had been in a fire (in a plastic bag) look BEAUTIFUL again! You are a mericle worker! Also, thank you to Vicki & Becky for the best customer service. We have always been happy with our Grand Chute Jared.
