The WOW factor is big here. Pandora Jewelry has expanded to much more than the original bracelet and charms gift idea that I once associated it with when I received my first bracelet (now 10+ old and still looking brand new).nnWhich speaking of my bracelet....10 years later and I can still bring it in for cleaning. Talk about exceptional follow through with long time care and commitment to customers.nnDuring the cleaning,however, I was able to take a look around...and I wish I could have taken a photo of everything. But I will leave it to you to stop in for yourself. Note: the store carries a fraction of the plethora of items that are available. There are so many items that Pandora carries that it has it’s own catalog...you can stop in and receive for yourself. (Or probably request online).nI would highly recommend going to this location to pick one up...rather than waiting for snail mail....Especially with Christmas right around the corner!nnShannon, a Pandora Jewelry Manager, is an associate I met while I was there. She is not only absolutely fabulous but she beyond knows her stuff.nnEnjoy your special gift for you or your loved one. It is a gift that is to be cherished for a lifetime! Great staff! Mary was super helpful getting me information during such a trying time. I was on a time crunch to get a gift and she went above and beyond to keeping me informed on the store re-opening and product in stock. Will definitely be a return customer.

I got a bracelet for Christmas and it was beautiful but I don't wear bracelets. I had a gift receipt and wanted to return it. I was told that per their rules, I can't return it but I could exchange or get in store credit. Which is understandable. The lady helped me pick out something that suited me better and she even tried to keep the same meaning behind it! I'm very impressed with how kind and helpful the ladies were. I will definitely return.

Amazing service! The employees went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. I was completely lost on what to get and they helped me figure out what I was looking for. She absolutely loved the gift and we will definitely be going back!

I ordered a ring for my girlfriend and it was too big. She tried wearing it around and she decided she needed a different size. I went to the store to exchange it and the lady told me I couldn't because it's been worn. Which sucks but it's understandable, I wouldn't want to buy a worn ring. She was helpful in showing me different ways to fix the problem and I ended up surprising my girl with another ring in the right size to hold it in place. I will definitely be returning to this store for ALL of my future needs!
