First impressions are key. My friends and I walked in and were greeted which was awesome. As we were shopping one of the employees couldn’t keep her eyes off me. I felt a little uncomfortable. At the check out we were asked if we’d like to buy a $5 shirt or a $10 sweatshirt. My friend decided to get the sweatshirt but was charged $15 for it instead of $10. Overall do not recommend.

I shopped here a few weeks ago just before Christmas to find gifts for my wife. I was greeted by Alex and told her what I was looking for. She spent the next 10-15 minutes putting together several things that she thought would work for me. I ended buying nearly all of it. She then put the items in gift boxes with tissue paper, all ready to be wrapped. My wife loved all of the things that she got. Probably spent a little more than at Kohl’s or JC Penney’s, but the personal service was well worth it. Thank you Alex at Fox River Mall location for the great help!!

Went into dry goods the other day and I was the only customer in the store. All of the employees looked at me and none of them even said hi, but as soon as the another customer would walk in, they would get greeted by. I needed a fitting a room and the girls just ignored me so I walked out. I’ve been in retail before and I know what great customer service is. This wasn’t pleasing at all. Horrible customer service.
