I just picked up two of my old rings, that were resized, and re-rhodium. They are beautiful ! One of them is actually 30 years old, they both look brand new. I have been shopping Kriegers for over 20 years. I have always had the best customer service ! The jewelry they carry is mostly made in American, and the quality, and the wear ability shows. Thanks again Deb for all you do !

My husband chose this store to purchase my engagement ring from. Due to the great customer service, we decided to go back for our wedding bands. Deb is absolutely amazing, calls you by name and makes you feel like family. Ring was soldered timely before the wedding and great communication during COVID. Manager Deb needs a class on etiquacy. She was extremely rude. I would not recommend this Jewelers at all there are so many other better ones in Appleton. Don't stare through the glass window at customers. Don't ignore somebody. Don't then stalk someone's phone number call them and ask what they need in a narcissistic tone. Don't tell me over the phone that you saw me through the window and you just decided not to come to the door to at least greet me. There were three other people in that room that could continue to either help the customer that was there or at least answer the door out of pure etiquacy and customer service. You lost money and earned yourself a bad review based on lack of decent respect. Oh well not my problem.

Horrible customer service. I know that it’s Covid and they’re only taking appointments but don’t let a customer stand outside the door knocking on the door and not come answer and let us know that we can’t come in. When there are three people inside it would be courteous to answer the door and let people know that they can’t come in don’t sit there and look at them through the door. You just lost $5000. The manager then proceeded to call me after I had called to make an appointment and told me that they saw me outside and refused to answer the door because they were with someone however there were three employees inside and anyone of them could’ve come to the door. Take your business elsewhere as the owner or manager‘s attitude is extremely rude
