5 stars is not enough to review this amazing jewelry store. Each and every time my husband and I walk through the door, we are greeted with happy and smiling staff who are knowledgeable and always helpful. I have the most beautiful wedding ring from Avenue, and I make sure to stop in every six months (if not more often) to have it cleaned and inspected. Without a doubt, all my future jewelry purchases will be from Avenue Jewelers. We are consistently treated like family there, and I cannot recommend this company enough!

Megan is am absolute joy to work with. She worked long and hard with much care to find just the perfect setting for my vision of an updated engagement band. She was available every time I needed to contact her. Her recommendations were very helpful. I woukd highly recommend shopping here.

Charissa at Avenue Jewelers is simply the best! My husband and I met her in 2012 when we began looking at engagement rings! She is very outgoing and friendly and helped us select a gorgeous ring! We checked literally every other jeweler in Appleton, Neenah and a few in Oshkosh and were immediately drawn back to Avenue Jewelers! We are always excited to go back to Avenue Jewelers for gifts for others and our jewelry needs! Everyone there is very welcoming, helpful and the overall customer service cannot be matched anywhere else. We highly recommend Avenue Jewelers!

We stopped in just to have my wife's ring serviced, and while we were waiting, my wife started looking at cross necklaces. We found one at a great sale price, and Molly gave us all the details, so we decided to take it. We got home and found a $50 reward certificate in our mailbox. So we called to see if we could use it. We were told to bring the necklace back, and they would give us the additional discount. Tanya helped us with a smile, and we were on our way. We have had nothing but great experiences every time we shop at Avenue Jewellers. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly!

Avenue Jewelers has top customer service. They are very welcoming and personable. They listen to every detail of your love story and do anything they can to get you exactly what you’re looking for. My engagement ring is beyond incredible! All of their items are unique and top quality. I will be purchasing my bridesmaids gifts from here, as well as jewelry for my mother to wear on our wedding day. My fiancé also loves their selection of men’s rings and watches!
