Garrick is fantastic! He always makes you feel important and takes the time to hear, listen, respond and explain thoroughly your diagnosis and treatment plan. As for his nurse, that is a completely different situation. It doesn't seem to matter how many messages you leave or the urgency of the message; it may or may not ever result in a call back...just a word to the wise. The office staff and referral department aren't much better, just plan on waiting twice as long as they say it will take, if not longer.

This review is for praising my nurse who serves patients as if she is an angel, and her name is "Angela." When she is my nurse on a scheduled visit, she is kind, smily, and professional. She also always makes us feel relaxing, easy, n comfortable. She is very dedicated in nursing.

I love Dr.Genz,he is very caring and has been a great help in my health journey. But the office personnel is a different story, waiting on referrals for over 2 weeks and not being able to talk to the referral desk not getting a call back after leaving several messages and waiting 2 to 3 days for a prescription to get to Walmart to be filled, mean while the infection gets worse, I have decided I need to find another clinic
