Called for a follow up to double ear infection pain. Nurse said she would call in a script to Walmart last night. No script sent. Called this morning, was told that the nurse forgot. Will be sent right away. 2 hours later, still no script. Only good nurse there is Jean. Unfortunately she was not my nurse 3 days ago.

Saw Garrick Haymore. He was very concerned with my health. He spent about 30 minutes visiting with me.
