When my furnace broke down and starting emitting a strong smell in my house, I became concerned. I contacted the Appleton fire department to see if they were able to detect what the smell was, make sure it wasn't gas. Not only did they come to check it for me, but they arrived so fast I hadn't even gotten myself outside to watch for them yet. They were all extremely nice and within a few minutes were able to not only confirm the smell was not gas (setting my mind at ease) but also checked the furnace and determined what the problem was. THANK YOU so much, you guys are the BEST!
