Today (Oct 12, 2018) I had a test scheduled for 8:30 am. I received reminders calls for this appointment and a follow-up one. Said calls told me to arrive 45 min early if I needed to do paperwork and otherwise, 15 minutes early. I arrived at 8:07 after a night of fasting (I'm diabetic which means fasting can be a problem). It was raining and chilly and the office was locked. It didn't open until 8:30. When I mentioned to staff that their message needed changing I was told it could not be changed. When I disagreed and said it was a disservice especially for diabetics such as myself, the staff person just repeated that it could not be changed. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she would not be in that day. I asked for the number to reach her but he just kept explaining that the message couldn't be changed. I must admit that I then got snippy and he went inside and ignored me. ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL - MESSAGES SHOULD NOT DIRECT PATIENTS TO APPEAR BEFORE THE OFFICE HOURS!!.

I had an endo performed with a follow-up scheduled a week later. The day before the follow-up I was sent an email canceling the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and that I would be contacted to reschedule. No problem. Three weeks later I had still not been contacted so I called the office. I was given a new date and time. I showed up to find out my appointment was again cancelled with no email, text, or phone call. It will now be around five weeks later that I'm seen for my follow-up, if, they don't cancel again. Dr. Daly is good and I feel comfortable with her and her team, however the admin staff I question. Be prepared to WAIT for your procedure. My last procedure I had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes to have it performed. Why I had to show when I did I'm still at a loss. My first procedure I had to almost wait as long.
